How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do in your daily work?
During my graduation project, I came into contact with Catalyze through my network. After a number of interesting conversations, I decided to apply and started working as a Project Manager. Now, three years later, no day is the same. I work with a variety of clients and projects, which continuously brings new challenges. Each client has unique requirements and project goals, meaning I need to adapt to different situations every day.
Can you describe how you make an impact on your clients in your daily work?
In my daily work, I have a significant impact on my clients, mainly through our expertise in EU grant management. Many clients struggle with the requirements of European grants, particularly when it comes to financial reporting and project obligations. My passion for the financial side of projects, combined with my attention to detail, helps clients keep their projects on track and secure their funding. It is very rewarding to see how my efforts and expertise help them achieve their goals while also strengthening our relationships.
Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within Catalyze, and the company culture?
I really value the collaboration within the team and with other departments. We have motivated colleagues who are always willing to help each other. The atmosphere is open and collegial, which strengthens the collaboration. Besides the professional environment, it is also always enjoyable—we regularly do fun things together. There is often time for a drink, a good conversation, or a laugh. These informal moments help build strong connections, which makes working here both pleasant and enjoyable.
