How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do in your daily work?
I first came into contact with Catalyze by attending one of their masterclasses, which sparked my interest in their work. This eventually led to me conducting my master’s research and writing my thesis at Catalyze on the topic of “Deep Tech.” During my internship, I gained valuable experience with Catalyze’s consulting approach, and it quickly became clear that this was the ideal environment to start my career as a consultant in Life Sciences & Health.
Can you describe how you make an impact on your clients in your daily work?
Through my research, I contributed to a better understanding of the emerging deep-tech trend and how Catalyze can leverage it for its long-term strategy. Now, as a consultant in Life Sciences & Health, I help bridge the gap between science and business. I support innovations on their path to commercial success, thereby contributing to a positive impact on society.
Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within Catalyze, and the company culture?
The company culture at Catalyze encourages both personal and professional growth, creating an environment where everyone can develop and make the most of the many opportunities available. The positive and collaborative atmosphere fosters teamwork, enabling us to achieve the best results for our clients and making every project both inspiring and enjoyable.
