Our application form requires the use of personal data. Catalyze is responsible for your data and uses Job Promo‘s MyRecruit ® recruitment system to carry out the recruitment and selection process. They are our recruitment system supplier and process your data securely and correctly. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential and never disclosed to other parties, unless you have given your express consent.

What information do we collect?

When you apply using our application form, we collect the following information: your first and last name, your address details, your telephone number, your email address, your date of birth, your education details, whether you have a driving licence, your work experience in the industry, your availability, your salary indication, your photo (this is not mandatory), your letter of motivation, your curriculum vitae and other relevant attachments that you want to include. The details in our application form may differ depending on the type of job and function.
We need this information to assess whether you meet all the criteria and can participate in our selection process.

How long is my personal information stored for?
If you apply for a vacancy and position with us, you must agree to our privacy policy. We store your data for 12 months. You also have the option to delete your own application along with all the data. Use the special link provided in our confirmation email to do this.

How is my personal information protected?

We are committed to your privacy. Therefore, we have security measures in place to prevent theft, loss or other unlawful use of your personal data. The exchange of information between the recruitment system and our website is confidential, secure and encrypted.
Employees who have access to your personal data are bound by a confidentiality clause and can only view your personal information if necessary to perform their duties.

Where can I request to see, correct or delete my personal information?

You can send a request for access, correction or deletion at any time. You can do this by email: benveilig@jobpromo.nl on the website or by phone: +0172 57 47 60.
To delete your information, simply click on the special link in our confirmation email.

Cookies on the website

We use cookies necessary for the functioning of the website and cookies for Google Analytics. These analytics and functional cookies do not collect personal data.
