harde eis. grondige kennis van de wbso en de eisen van rvo, specifiek rondom technisch nieuwe programmatuur. sterke kennis van software en it, waardoor je complexe ontwikkelprojecten kunt doorgronden en inhoudelijk kunt sparren met cto's, softwareontwikkelaars, architecten en andere technische specialisten. ervaring met het identificeren en helder formuleren van technische knelpunten, technische nieuwheid en oplossingsrichtingen binnen softwareontwikkeling. ervaring met het kritisch beoordelen en verbeteren van wbso-aanvragen die door anderen zijn opgesteld. ervaring met het opstellen van inhoudelijke reacties op technische vragen van rvo. het vermogen om kritisch te beoordelen of een project daadwerkelijk binnen de wbso past. sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van technisch schrijven. professionele beheersing van de nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en met beperkte begeleiding kwalitatief
