compliant, schaalbaar en klaar voor groei in te richten.als junior financial controller | cfo office is onze interne financeorganisatie jouw thuisbasis. je werkt nauw samen met onze cfo aan de verdere professionalisering van catalyze en krijgt, naarmate je groeit in de rol en onze dienstverlening zich ontwikkelt, steeds meer mogelijkheden om mee te werken aan financiële vraagstukken van klanten.zo ontwikkel je jezelf niet alleen richting financial control, maar leer je ook hoe operationele finance, financiële inzichten en klantgerichte dienstverlening samenkomen. jouw rol als junior financial controller heb je drie belangrijke aandachtsgebieden.interne financezorg samen met de cfo voor een betrouwbare, volledige en actuele financiële administratie.smarter finance verbeter processen en onderzoek hoe digitalisering, automatisering en ai finance efficiënter kunnen maken.financial serviceswerk geleidelijk mee aan operational finance voor innovatieve klanten en help de nieuwe propositie verder vorm te geven. wat ga je doen? interne financesamen met onze cfo zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie van catalyze betrouwbaar, volledig en actueel is. je houdt je onder andere bezig met: het verwerken, controleren en optimaliseren van financiële administraties. het beheren van grootboekadministraties en de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie. het verwerken van bankmutaties en het opstellen van journaalposten. het ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. het opstellen van financiële rapportages en managementinformatie. het signaleren van afwijkingen en het verbeteren van financiële processen. het ondersteunen bij audits en het op orde houden van financiële documentatie. het actief bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering en automatisering van onze financeorganisatie. het meedenken over de inzet van ai en andere technologieën om finance slimmer en efficiënter te maken. financial services voor klantennaast onze interne financeorganisatie bouwen we aan een financial services-propositie voor innovatieve bedrijven. het klantwerk is bij de start nog een kleiner onderdeel van je rol. afhankelijk van je ervaring, ontwikkeling en de groei van de propositie krijg je de mogelijkheid om samen met onze cfo mee te werken aan onder andere: het inrichten, bijhouden en professionaliseren van financiële administraties. accounting en het verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen. geautomatiseerde bankverwerking en de bijbehorende financiële controles. het verbeteren en schaalbaar inrichten van financiële processen. het ondersteunen bij payrolladministratie. het voorbereiden van financiële informatie voor rapportages en jaarrekeningen. het verzamelen en voorbereiden van informatie voor filings en belastingaangiften. het versterken van de financiële basis en investor readiness van klanten. je ondersteunt bij analyses, rapportages en klantvraagstukken en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je groeit. zo ervaar je in de praktijk hoe finance niet alleen zorgt voor een betrouwbare operatie, maar ook bijdraagt aan betere beslissingen en duurzame groei.wie zoeken wij?wij zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig is, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en energie krijgt van het verbeteren van processen. je vindt het leuk om verder te kijken dan alleen de administratie. je wilt begrijpen wat de cijfers vertellen, hoe organisaties betere financiële beslissingen kunnen nemen en hoe finance kan bijdragen aan groei.je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief. je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar niet alles volledig is uitgedacht en krijgt juist energie van de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen. je bent nog geen volledig ontwikkelde financial controller, maar hebt wel al voldoende praktijkervaring om snel verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.dit breng je mee een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in finance, accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting. circa 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen finance, accounting of financial control. ervaring met financiële administratie, maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportages. sterke excel-vaardigheden; ervaring met erp-systemen is een pré. interesse in digitalisering, procesverbetering en ai binnen finance. een ondernemende, proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding. sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om professioneel te schakelen met interne en externe stakeholders. uitstekende beheersing van de nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. goede beheersing van de engelse taal. wat maakt deze rol bijzonder?brede basisje
