business systems & operational intelligenceyou will help turn our business systems into reliable sources of operational truth, enabling better planning, reporting and decision-making. your responsibilities include:
optimizing certinia and salesforce as reliable operational sources of truth
ensuring project, resource and operational data is accurate, complete and actionable
improving operational reporting, dashboards, forecasting and management insights
building data-driven visibility into utilization, delivery capacity and sales pipeline alignment
improving data quality and operational decision-making across the organization
resource management & project allocationyou will coordinate staffing and resource allocation across consultancy teams, ensuring that project needs are matched with the right expertise, availability and priorities. initially, a significant part of the role will be hands-on. over time, we expect you to identify opportunities to improve and redesign these processes. your responsibilities include:
coordinate day-to-day project staffing and resource allocation

what do you bring?
3-5 years of experience business operations, business analysis, consulting operations, operational excellence, erp/systems operations or a similar role
demonstrated ability to apply ai and automation tools to improve business workflows and operations
hands-on experience testing and implementing ai use cases in a business environment
a track record of improving processes, workflows or ways of working
strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to measure performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
experience with certinia, salesforce or comparable erp/business systems

this role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, structuring complex ideas, and working under deadlines, while comfortably juggling multiple projects. no two days are the same.on any given day, you might:
visualize an innovation roadmap for a deep-tech startup
craft a compelling eic accelerator, eurostars or horizon proposal
analyze or develop a commercialization strategy or financial model
establish partnerships to drive innovation projects.
you will take real ownership of projects and clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
as an innovation consultant, you will:
own client projects end-to-end, from innovation strategy to funding and commercialization plans
develop high-quality grant proposals for eu (e.g. eic accelerator, transition, horizon europe) and national funding schemes
act as a strategic sparring partner, challenging assumptions and sharpening client visions
build trusted client relationships, managing expectations and delivering results
translate complex science into clear business cases, bridging research and market reality
