How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do?
I’ve been working at Catalyze for the past three years. During COVID, when I had more time to explore, I became interested in the intersection of business and innovation. What really inspired me was seeing solutions emerge from remote corners of the world—ideas from smaller companies that often succeeded where large companies struggled. Innovation can emerge from anywhere, but only a few have the resources to turn their ideas into something impactful. It’s frustrating to have a vision that could make a difference yet struggle to bring it to life. That’s when I realized where I wanted to contribute—helping startups refine their ideas, navigate the path to market, and turn their potential into reality was something that truly motivated me. When I came across the opportunity at Catalyze, it aligned perfectly with what I wanted—to help bring innovations out of the lab and into the real world, to be an enabler, a catalyst.
Can you describe how you make an impact for your clients in your daily work?

Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within and the culture of Catalyze?
At Catalyze, I’ve worked on a range of projects, all with a meaningful, sustainable impact. From agri-food to industrial deep tech and quantum computing, each project is unique. I get to interact directly with the innovators behind these solutions, understand their vision, and help them turn it into reality—whether by shaping their business models or securing funding through public grants. And I’m not doing this alone. Catalyze has a team of passionate people, each bringing their own strengths to guide and support these innovation journeys.
What would you like to say to your future colleagues?
