“One moment, I am engaged in discussions with a company developing a new drug for cancer, and the next moment, I am having coffee with a company repurposing batteries from electric cars to store wind energy. With a degree in Nursing, a Pre-Master’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, I started my career as an account manager. After four years, Catalyze crossed my path. A friend worked here and was very enthusiastic about Catalyze. My current role was a newly created position offering me the opportunity to shape it entirely myself. Coming from a highly regulated corporate background, Catalyze’s ethos appealed to me, allowing me to choose my own path and make necessary adjustments, always encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset.

In my position I advise companies within the EU seeking subsidies for their innovative projects, for example for further research. I identify projects and associated companies, collaborating with them on how we can provide added value in project management or dissemination. This involves tasks like building websites, developing communication plans for engaging stakeholders, utilizing social media, or creating explainer videos about projects. Equally important is guiding entrepreneurs on how to wisely allocate EU subsidies, ensuring comprehensive project management from start to finish, with a focus on adhering to the correct rules and legislation. I oversee the progress, making adjustments within programs when needed.
