How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do?
As a firm believer that business can be a force for good, in October 2021, I started my journey as an Analyst in the Green and Sustainable Innovations team at Catalyze. Driven by my passion in business and sustainability, I stepped into this role after working in a non-profit think tank in Amsterdam and earning my master’s degree in Global Business and Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management.
Can you describe how you make an impact for your clients in your daily work?
Currently, as an Innovation Consultant, I work and lead various projects in the sustainability field, spanning from food technology, and circular economy, to renewable energy, collaborating with diverse and international clients. Through this role, I get to learn about new technologies and exposure to different topics and companies, including startups, scaleups, and academic institutions. What I find most fulfilling is when my projects get awarded so my clients can realize their ambitious vision.
Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within and the culture of Catalyze?
Working as an Innovation Consultant at Catalyze means working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team. I appreciate the international work environment and the diverse professional backgrounds of my colleagues within Catalyze. This way, I get to learn from others and apply new perspectives in my daily work.
