How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do?
After working at large multinational companies in the pharma industry, I wanted to make a switch to a smaller organisation and be more involved in the early stages of innovation. A university classmate, already with Catalyze, sparked my interest in the company. Now, as Consultant in the Life Science and Health department, I support organisations with obtaining funding for their breakthrough research and innovation projects.
Can you describe how you make an impact for your clients in your daily work?
In my daily role, I help clients write compelling proposals, advising them on strategic aspects and acting as a critical friend who challenges them to excel. By bringing structure to their ideas, we help transform their concepts into actionable plans. I also derive a lot of satisfaction from building lasting, synergistic partnerships between organisations – a pivotal aspect of our work.
Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within and the culture of Catalyze?
