How did you end up at Catalyze and what do you do?
After moving from Portugal to Amsterdam and doing a PhD, within a MSCA Consortium collaborating with several partners around Europe, motivated to continue my career supporting such innovative projects, afterwards I joined Catalyze as a Project Manager. Catalyze was the perfect next step in my career where my previous work experience (in Life Sciences and Health), and my ambition to support sustainability projects came together.
Can you describe how you make an impact for your clients in your daily work?
I support the partners and clients simplifying complicated processes, such as reporting and finances. Making sure that teams are collaborating, and the projects are progressing in an efficient way. Our partners and clients are many times CEOs, MDs, PIs and Professors with a busy agenda, that truly value our close support.
Can you describe what you like about your team, your colleagues, the collaboration within and the culture of Catalyze?
Everyone is very supportive, collaborative, energetic and driven to support innovations and innovators. Catalyze offers flexible working conditions, very prepared for hybrid and remote work. I find it quite unique in a consulting environment to have such a multicultural and international team, with scientific backgrounds and an entrepreneurial mindset.
