To support our experienced recruiter, we now have a great part-time position available for an energetic

Workstudent Recruitment

 What will you do?

• You will support at each step of the recruitment process including shortlisting applications, organize interviews (online and at office), coordinating & booking interviews in the calendar of Managers, conducting assessments & tests.
• You will be getting in touch with shortlisted candidates to find out their availability for an interview and discuss with relevant internal team for a common availability to finalize the right time slot and book meetings in their calendar.
• You will support in organizing in-person assessments at the office by making necessary arrangements.
• You will support in organize recruitment events, workshops at universities by coordinating with relevant colleagues.
• You will also shortlist applications after receiving some training and guidance.

In action, this would mean being diligent, organized and providing support in filling various open positions.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You are following a University or HBO study
• Some experience within recruitment, for example as an intern in a recruitment department, is a big plus.
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• You are independent, pro-active,  self-confident and self-solving.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. Our internal working language is English.
• You are a true doer with a fresh perspective and a lively personality.
