frontend development: design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using frameworks such as react or vue.js, ensuring a smooth, engaging user experience.

skills and qualifications:

als project managers werken we in teams van getalenteerde, leergierige mensen met diverse achtergronden. onder onze klanten bevinden zich wereldwijd toonaangevende experts vanuit academia en het bedrijfsleven. dit creëert een zeer inspirerende omgeving die voortdurende groei stimuleert. de functie van junior eu grants & project manager is een functie binnen de afdeling project management, een afdeling met een grote en diverse portefeuille van eu gefinancierde projecten. alle europese subsidieprojecten, waarin catalyze een rol speelt, zijn state-of-the-art, multidisciplinair (universiteiten, mkb en onderzoeksorganisaties) en dragen bij aan innovatie in gezondheidszorg en duurzaamheid op internationaal niveau. over de rolals junior eu grants & project manager ondersteun je het project management team bij het opstellen van de grant agreements en consortium agreements, en alle werkzaamheden die hiermee samenhangen. na goedkeuring van beide agreements ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen bij het managen van het gehele project. dit houdt in: het bewaken van de voortgang van het project, waar nodig wijzigingen in het project doorvoeren en communiceren met de subsidieverstrekker en het managen van de financiële, administratieve en juridische zaken rondom het project. in nauw overleg met de (senior) project manager volg je de werkzaamheden van projectpartners op de voet en draag je bij aan het tijdig behalen van de milestones. samen vormen jullie het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het (internationale) samenwerkingsverband en de subsidie verstrekker (bijv. de europese commissie). met training, ondersteuning en begeleiding werk je toe naar het beheren van je eigen projecten portfolio. de projecten waarvoor catalyze projectmanagementactiviteiten uitvoert, zijn projecten binnen gezondheid, duurzaamheid en technologische (deep tech) innovaties. kennis van dit (vak)gebied is dan ook een vereiste als junior eu grants & project manager. wat ga je doen?
zorgdragen voor de correcte uitvoering van eu-gesubsidieerde projecten (en andere subsidie programma's) zoals in de grant agreement overeen is gekomen.
ondersteunen en adviseren van de hoofdaanvrager en project partners bij de uitvoering van eu (en andere subsidies) gefinancierde projecten in lijn met de wet en regelgeving van de subsidieverstrekker.
ondersteunen van (senior) project managers bij complexe en/of grote horizon gefinancierde projecten.
het initiëren, managen en indienen van voortgangsrapportages van projecten.
organiseren en voorzitten van (internationale) fysieke en online projectbijeenkomsten.
plannen en faciliteren van periodiek overleg met (internationale) projectpartners.
rapporteren van projectwijzigingen aan de subsidieverstrekker - managen van eu wijzigingsprocedures.
