Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our talent acquisition specialist you are responsible for the full talent acquisition cycle and ensure that the company attracts, hires and retains the best talent, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
You are the gatekeeper of our candidate experience, overseeing a smooth hiring process and ensuring that we recruit high performing employees from all over the world. This full time position is located at our headquarters office in Amsterdam and you will be working for our national and international office in India.
As a talent acquisition specialist at Catalyze, no two days are the same; your tasks vary from collaborating with hiring managers in order to create the spot-on candidate profile. Screen cv’s and interview qualified candidates from Europe and overseas (India). Drive the offer process and negotiate compensation packages. Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs. Of course, you make sure that candidates have a great candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and that you sell Catalyze as the employer of choice.
What are we looking for:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and have gained at least 2 years' experience in a role as a (junior) agency talent acquisition specialist and/or (junior) corporate talent acquisition specialist and you are interested to further develop yourself in the next step in your career;
- You have hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting
- You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job marketing
- You have excellent communication skills
- Affinity with life sciences and or /and sustainability is a pre.
- Experience within an international environment is preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English are a must
- You are service minded, proactive, energetic, driven and a team player
What else is important:
You will also be involved in several talent acquisition projects (as either participant or as a leader). The focus for these project will lie on improving the candidate experience, further develop a recruitment data dashboard and build our employer brand. All with the aim to continuously improve and scale our recruiting results. In these projects you will work closely together with our HR and marketing department. You are part of our HR team, will work closely with your recruiting colleague and report to our HR manager.
What we offer:
A competitive gross salary based on experience
8% holiday allowance and an annual profit distribution
25 vacation days per year (based on a 40 hourly workweek). Optional you can buy 5 additional days.
Commuting allowance (public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,19 per km with a max of 50 km one way)
Remote working allowance (max €25,- per month)
